I'm to busy to workout!

This is probably one of the most used excuses I hear from strangers on the street I meet in passing to family members crying about how busy they are in their day to day routines.  I get it. We are all busy.  But being to busy to workout is just an excuse.  Go ahead and keep telling yourself that or what ever it is you say to make yourself feel better for not reaching your fitness goals....
